How can the stores at the mall get away with selling fakes?

I went into this store in the mall that was selling TONS imitation bags with the logos of real designs replicated as - Kate Spade, Prada and Chanel. They are not hidden at all and hanging all over the place. I even looked labels carefully to see if something was written differently or something but they look like the real (only made much cheaper of course) My question is - how This store can get away with it? Is not that illegal ?????

Wow thats .. surprising if it is illegal, because you can not sell fakes ... Weird. What is this mall???
